Annalena Stoppa proves that you can assert yourself as a woman in a reputation that is actually dominated by men.
Annalena Stoppa always wanted to become an electronics technician for automation technology. So she joined THIELE as a trainee and then started her desired apprenticeship in 2014. The special feature: This apprenticeship was created at THIELE especially for the young woman.
What does THIELE offer you that other employers might not be able to do?
"First of all, this togetherness, so that I just feel very comfortable. Since June 2018, I have been allowed to do my advanced training as a master, which is supported by THIELE. I really appreciate that."

Jörg Potthoff gives his best every day as a shift leader in the "Heavy Link Chains" production

Anna Louisa Kisker has been working as a materials tester in the Quality and Environment department since August 2019.
We in the laboratory are responsible for testing semi-finished products and finished components for their various properties on the basis of destructive and non-destructive tests, carrying out damage and competition analyses and constantly guaranteeing the quality of our products. I have already gained insights into most of these fields of activity. I already carry out some of them myself in my day-to-day business.

Why did you choose THIELE?
"I worked in the automotive sector for 15 years, of which I was a hammersmith for 14 years. I have become aware that I want to get out of the automotive sector. I just wanted more contact with people again. As an employer, I had noticed THIELE positively for some time. Therefore, the 60-minute commute to Kalthof could not deter me."
